INOLVO MARKETPLACE – Refund & Return Policy

At INOLVO Marketplace, we want every customer to shop with confidence. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which items may be returned, refunded, or replaced.


1. Return Window & Eligibility

  • Any item purchased on inolvo.com can be returned for a refund or replacement within 5 days of delivery.
  • To qualify, the item must be in resellable condition, with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, tags, and seals intact.
  • Items returned between 6 to 10 days after delivery will be accepted with a 25% restocking fee, and must still be in good resellable condition.

Proof of purchase (Order ID/Invoice) is required for all returns, replacements, and refunds.
No evaluation will be conducted without it.


2. Conditions for Accepted Returns

A return or exchange will only be accepted if:

  • The original sales invoice is provided.
  • The item is unused and unopened, with the original seal unbroken.
  • All included accessories, freebies, and packaging are returned.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return/Exchange

For health, hygiene, and copyright reasons, the following categories cannot be returned:

  • Personal care products (e.g., hair dryers, grooming devices, hygiene items)
  • All software
  • Games, movie discs
  • Printer cartridges & toners
  • All accessories
  • Any item explicitly marked “Non-returnable” on the product page

4. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds are issued as a Store Credit / Shopping Voucher, redeemable within 30 days.
  • Cash/Mobile Money refunds or direct bank/credit card refunds are NOT available.

5. Wrong Item or Missing Items

If you receive:

  • A wrong item
  • Missing items in your order

Please contact us immediately at info@inolvo.com.
Once verified, the correct item(s) will be arranged for delivery or replacement.


6. Defective Items (Warranty Cases)

If the item is defective and requires repair or service:

  • Standard manufacturer warranty conditions apply.
  • Depending on the vendor’s policy, repairs may be handled by authorized service centers.
  • Pickup or drop-off details will be arranged through our support team.

Note: Certain product categories may require direct warranty handling with the manufacturer.


7. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your Order ID, product, issue, and photos.
  3. Our support team will evaluate the request within 24–48 hours.
  4. Once approved, return instructions will be sent.
  5. After inspection, your refund/replacement will be processed.

8. Special Note

Products on INOLVO Marketplace are sold by independent third-party vendors, each with their own return requirements. INOLVO facilitates the process and inspect products but does not physically manufacture the products.
