Delivery Information

You can pick up your order at INOLVO Pickup Point at Ayeduasi New-Site (Nexus Gaming Lounge) opposite American Hostel. All orders placed on INOLVO will be processed for delivery within 1–3 working days after order confirmation.
INOLVO operates 6 days a week, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday “Business Working Days” excluding official holidays) and 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturdays.

Customers may also choose to have their orders delivered to their home, office, or preferred address.

Delivery Fees

  • All deliveries attract a delivery fee.
  • Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and delivery method.
  • Applicable charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Delivery Methods

All orders placed on INOLVO may be delivered in one of the following ways:

1. Standard Delivery

This option guarantees delivery within 1–3 working days after an order is placed.
Orders that qualify for any delivery promotions will be treated as Standard Delivery, unless otherwise stated.

Please note that multiple delivery fees may apply if:

  • Items are delivered to different locations for the same customer, or
  • Separate trips are required to complete delivery.

2. Pickup at INOLVO Pickup Point

Customers may also choose to collect their orders from selected INOLVO Pickup Points.
This option comes with a fee.

  • Orders are usually ready for pickup within 3 working day after confirmation.
  • During checkout, select Pickup Point (Ayeduase new-site), from the city dropdown.
  • You will receive a “Ready for Pickup” notification once your order is available.
  • Please bring a valid ID (GHANA CARD) and your order number when collecting your item.
  • Pickup Location: Ayeduase New-Site (Nexus Gaming Lounge) opposite American Hostel.

Important Notes

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather, traffic conditions, or vendor processing times.
  • Orders not collected from pickup points within the stated period may be returned to the vendor.
